Inspired by the album title (Evolve) and our conversations with Nick about his deep diving excursions we became fascinated with the mystery of the sea and the evolutionary quality of the creatures that inhabit it. With this in mind we based the entire campaign on Nudibranchs, tiny shell-less mollusks who’s colour palette and form spans across 2000 species. All the imagery was set against black and re-rendered by AI to produce morph bending representations of these creatures. Along with creating all the imagery and designing the artwork, we also produced animations for all releases as well as for a gallery installation at the album launch.
The LP format was produced in a limited edition ‘lenticular’ sleeve, further exploring the evolving theme.
